Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations must be done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within the time frame, there is a 40% charge that will automatically go to your card. There is a 20 minute grace period, after 20 minutes the appointment will be canceled or an additional charge will be added to your card (depending on availability) and a deposit will be needed next time you book. No refunds unless it was a mistake on my end! Please make sure to be respectful! It’s nothing personal it’s business. Thank you for understanding🥰
